Doña Pepita Golf Course offers golfers the opportunity to enjoy their game amidst the awe-inspiring natural beauty of Albay, with Mayon Volcano serving as a magnificent backdrop.
Doña Pepita Golf Course, also known as the Doña Pepita Eco Park and Golf Course, is located in Albay province. This Par 72, 18-hole golf course offers stunning vistas of the world-renowned Mayon Volcano and the Albay Gulf.
Formerly known as the Mayon Imperial Golf Club, the course has faced challenges due to major volcanic eruptions. However, members of the Legazpi City Golf Club have worked diligently to make the course playable. The fairways and greens are covered in Carabao grass, while the bunkers are filled with “lava” sand, with the exception of holes 2 and 3, which feature white sand. The course’s unique features often require players to bring extra golf balls. Doña Pepita Golf Course also provides essential facilities for players, including a driving range, a store, and a restaurant.
