Although the terrain and surrounding environment remain predominantly flat, each hole features substantial elevation changes and strategically placed high-lipped bunkers. An errant placement on the wrong side of these humps can spell trouble, potentially leading to a challenging three-putt or worse.

Numerous holes in Sai Golf Club boast elevated greens with steep grassy catchment areas and strategically positioned sand bunkers, evoking a genuine Scottish links atmosphere.
