Shenzhen Sand River Golf Club is well-equipped and boasts decent facilities. Particularly impressive is the new and expansive driving range, considered one of the finest in China. The staff provides reasonably good service, enhancing the overall experience.
The fairways are in excellent condition, and while most greens are decent, they tend to be hard and fast, posing challenges for approach shots and putting. The course itself features appealing landscaping, with beautiful flower beds and trees lining the fairways. It offers a relatively flat layout with an engaging mix of holes. The fairways are generally generous, but hazards in the form of sand and water add strategic complexity. Course C has undergone recent renovations and is notably more challenging, with tighter fairways and additional water hazards.
