There’s nothing quite like slipping into a pair of ladies golf shoes that feel great straight out of the box. Historically, women’s golf shoes have lagged behind men’s in both comfort and design, often failing to cater to the unique needs of female feet.
So, what should we look for in ladies golf shoes? Comfort is paramount, providing lasting support and stability for 18 holes while preventing bunions, blisters, and rubbing. In the past, designers often just created a ‘female version’ of the most comfortable golf shoe on the men’s market, overlooking the distinct requirements of women’s feet.
Today, we’re seeking thoughtfully designed shoes that suit the shape and style of women’s feet, available in a range of width options. We have carefully considered these factors and handpicked some of the most comfortable ladies golf shoes available on the market in 2024. Additionally, be sure to check out our comprehensive overview of the best women’s golf shoes.
With the renowned reputation of the Tour 360, we eagerly anticipated trying out the latest version of this Adidas women’s golf shoe.
In terms of comfort, this shoe features a blend of Adidas’ Light Strike technology in the forefoot and Jet Boost in the heel. The result is an exceptionally comfortable and secure shoe, with a footbed that remains soft and cushy throughout 18 holes. Our tester was advised to try a size up from their usual, and the fit was perfect – something to consider if you’re serious about investing in a pair.
The Tour 360 24 comes in two color options for women: cloud white/silver metallic and white/core black/green spark. We tested the latter and, while its aesthetics differ from shoes like Duca del Cosma’s Alesi or Puma’s Fusion Crush Sport, we appreciated the modern, innovative design. A standout feature is the Adidas Torsion Bridge, particularly noticeable in the green spark color across the mid-foot and forefoot.
Overall, the Tour 360 24 is a high-quality golf shoe that offers excellent comfort and pairs well with some of the best women’s golf attire.

Duca del Cosma’s Sabina is one of two new models in their tour-level pro spike collection for women.
The shoe fits true to size, providing a snug fit while allowing ample space for the toes. Despite its secure and sturdy feel, the Sabina is surprisingly lightweight, even over 18 holes. It features breathable ARNEFLEX memory foam inserts with recycled cork, which gradually mold to the shape of your feet over time.
Additionally, the Sabina boasts an Airplay 6 outsole and an EVA midsole, offering lightweight, durable shock absorption for playing on harder surfaces. The TPU outsole includes toe bumper protection during the downswing. According to Duca del Cosma, the Sabina is designed for medium to wide feet, so it might not be suitable for those with narrower feet.
Duca del Cosma is known for its extensive range of fashion-forward shoes in various designs and colors, such as the Alesi or Olivera. The Sabina, however, is a low-profile brogue-style shoe in plain white, making it easy to pair with the best ladies’ golf pants and women’s golf shirts.
Under Armour has earned significant respect in the golf community by offering high-performance products, so we were excited to test the Charged Breath 2 – a spiked golf shoe specifically designed for female golfers.
Regarding comfort, the shoe incorporates Ortholite™ technology for breathability, UA Rotational Resistance RST 2.0 spikes, and a microfiber leather upper that is waterproof thanks to their Never-Wet treatment, ensuring your feet stay cool and dry. During our testing, we experienced no issues with rubbing or blisters. However, the shoe has a slightly narrower and snug fit, which may not be ideal for those with wider feet.
Aesthetically, this shoe is quite appealing. The purple interior, along with the logo and a section of the sole, adds a vibrant touch. While the Charged Breath 2 offers good arch support, we found the support to be slightly better in the Ecco W LT1s.

The Women’s LT1 is another outstanding model from Ecco and is currently among the best shoes the brand offers.
During our testing, we found the LT1 to fit exceptionally well, providing comfort and support right out of the box. This comfort can be attributed to Ecco’s Lytr technology, which includes advanced bounce and rebound foam embedded in the sole through their Fluidform technology. This ensures versatile comfort, making the shoes suitable for both on and off the course. Additionally, the removable OrthoLite insole allows for customization with your own insoles, an excellent feature for women with specific foot needs.
The shoes are sleek and stylish without being overly flashy. The LT1 is available in three light color options: white with a clear sole, white with a bubble pink sole, and matcha green with a gum sole. These choices provide plenty of options to pair with some of the best women’s golf attire.

The MG4x2 boasts the same triple-density foam cushioning footbed as the G.112, providing remarkable comfort right from the start. Our tester experienced no new shoe blisters or rubbing issues, thanks to the responsive EVA midsole with Auxetic sidewalling. However, the shoes did feel a bit tight towards the end of the day, and we later discovered that going a size up is recommended.
We tested these shoes just after a rain shower, and they remained unaffected and unstained. This durability is due to the water and stain-resistant upper, which is complemented by an internal waterproof lining. Aesthetically, the MG4x2 is relatively understated compared to the G.112. The light blue colorway makes it versatile, and easily wearable both on and off the course, which is a significant advantage.

The initial release of Ecco’s Biom C4 in 2022 quickly gained a reputation for its exceptional comfort.
We were thoroughly impressed with the comfort level. The stretchy mesh sock paired with Ecco’s Fluidform Direct Comfort technology provides outstanding cushioning and rebound. Our tester even mentioned it felt like wearing a pair of comfortable slippers throughout the 18 holes. The term ‘Biom’ stands for biomechanical optimization, a technology designed to enhance the foot’s natural movement and keep it close to the ground.
The women’s model is available in four color options: beige, white, and the new additions for 2024, limestone, and bluebell. We tested the white version and found it to have a sleek, modern appearance that can be stylishly paired with various women’s golf attire.

At first glance, these shoes might be mistaken for running sneakers due to their performance mesh exterior. They are clearly designed as sporty, modern trainer-style golf shoes. Many would be surprised to find out that these are spikeless golf shoes. Their versatile design means you can comfortably wear them both on and off the golf course. But how did they fare in our tests?
During testing, the EVA midsole provided excellent bounce with each step, making them strong contenders for our best golf shoes for walking guides. They are very easy to slip on, offering great comfort and support thanks to the lined heels that securely hold your feet in place. Priced at under $100, the FootJoy Flex 2024 falls into the best-budget golf shoes category. These shoes offer incredible value and could easily be recommended for various other sporting activities, not just golf.

Skechers is widely known for producing some of the most comfortable and ergonomically designed shoes on the market. Therefore, it’s no surprise that the Skechers GO Golf Max women’s golf shoe has made this list and is recognized as one of the best golf shoes for women this year.
The design of this shoe reflects serious attention to detail. According to Skechers, the sole was developed after analyzing thousands of unweighted foot scans over 20 years. This has resulted in a shoe that effortlessly accommodates various foot shapes, making it particularly beneficial for those with wide feet or issues like blisters and bunions.
During our testing, we found the GO Golf Max to be incredibly comfortable right out of the box. The Soft Stride and ULTRA Flight technologies contribute to an ultra-lightweight, cushioned feel, making it seem as though you’re walking on air.
Additionally, we appreciated the attractive floral pattern detail at the back and the soft pastel color palette. These features make it a stylish and comfortable choice that pairs well with a summer outfit.

As the name implies, the Skechers Go Golf Elite 5 Slip is a hands-free pair of women’s spikeless golf shoes that you can effortlessly slip into using the heel pillow. The adjustable dial closure ensures a precise fit without the need for laces.
Like the Go Golf Max 3, these shoes are podiatrist-designed based on 20 years of data and 120,000 unweighted foot scans. They are highly recommended for women with high arches who need both foot support and convenience. The BOA dial allows for easy fit adjustments, eliminating the hassle of traditional laces.
We were particularly impressed with the color options, especially the hot pink, which offers a refreshing change from the standard Skechers color schemes. However, these shoes do run slightly wide, so this is something to consider if you have narrow feet.

Manufacturers increasingly recognize the importance of stylish women’s golf shoes. As fashion-conscious individuals, coordinating our shoes with our outfits significantly influences our purchasing decisions. That’s why we’ve included a category based purely on what we believe are the most stylish women’s golf shoes.
Spiked or Spikeless
Your choice between spiked or spikeless golf shoes depends largely on the conditions in which you play. On wetter grounds, spiked shoes provide better traction and balance, which can help improve the consistency of your shots. Conversely, on firmer surfaces, spikeless shoes typically offer greater comfort and grip through well-designed rubber nubs on the sole.
Waterproofing is crucial if you play golf year-round. Even on spring mornings, the ground can be damp with dew, and searching for a ball in the rough can leave your feet wet if your shoes lack a waterproof barrier.
Golf shoe soles come in various styles. Modern spikeless designs have become popular alongside traditional spikes (or cleats). Recently, there has been a growing trend towards trainer-style golf shoes. These athletic women’s golf shoes are versatile enough to wear to the shops or the gym. Additionally, many golf clubs now allow them in the clubhouse, making them perfect for after-round drinks.
Choosing the right pair of ladies golf shoes is essential for both performance and comfort on the course. Whether you prioritize style, functionality, or versatility, there are excellent options available to meet your needs. From stylish designs that seamlessly coordinate with your golf attire to spiked or spikeless models tailored for different playing conditions, the variety ensures that you can find the perfect fit. Versatility in modern golf shoes means you can enjoy their comfort and performance both on and off the course. Additionally, considering waterproof options will keep your feet dry in all weather conditions.
By investing in the best ladies golf shoes, you can enhance your game, look great, and feel comfortable.
